There’s a lot of pressure wrapped up in 1 January.
New Year. New you. Resolutions. Reinvention.
Personally… I call bullshit.
You don’t have to change anything just because the date changed. If there are intentions you’d love to set or dreams you want to nurture in 2026 — beautiful. But this time of year is still about hibernation. Slowness. Rest. Gentle planning.
Here in the northern hemisphere it’s dark, cold, wet — hardly the most supportive energy for launching big, shiny “new starts.” Instead, I see this season as an invitation to listen inward, refill our cup, and quietly get clear.
Planning, manifestation, visioning? Yes please.
Pushing, forcing, hustling? Not right now.
For me, action comes when nature begins again — in spring — when the light returns and our systems naturally lift with it.
And that’s the rhythm I’m choosing to honour this year. I’d love to invite you into it with me.

It’s not about perfection or “getting it right.”
It’s about clarity, alignment, and creating a visual reminder of what truly matters to you.
