What services do you offer?

I support professionals who want to create more balance, clarity and purpose in their lives. My work blends mindfulness, intentional living and practical self-reflection to help people step off autopilot, reconnect with what truly matters, and make meaningful shifts.

This is for people who already have an awareness that something needs to shift and are looking for support to navigate that next step. No prior experience with mindfulness is needed – just your willingness to engage and reflect.

What makes your approach different?

Many coaching approaches focus only on goals and productivity. Mine is intentionally different. I bring together:

  • Mindful self-inquiry to help you get underneath the noise and busyness

  • Tools and practices that support sustainable change – not quick fixes

  • A calm, reflective space where you don’t need to perform or have the answers

  • Practical steps that translate insight into real-world action

It’s less about “hustle harder” and more about living and leading with clarity, alignment and presence.

What can I expect from our sessions?

In a typical session:

  • We’ll begin with a check-in to ground and pause.

  • I’ll guide you through mindful questioning to explore what’s present and where clarity is needed.

  • We’ll identify small, practical actions that align with your goals and values.

  • You’ll leave with a clear focus, not just more to think about.

Sessions are spacious, intentional, and designed to meet you where you are – not where you “should” be.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone’s journey is different, but many clients start to notice a shift – feeling more grounded, less reactive, and more focused after just a few sessions or a weekend retreat. More meaningful, long-term change often unfolds over time.

Do I need a background/experience in mindfulness or meditation?

Not at all. Some clients are experienced with reflective practices, others are brand new to them. All the tools and approaches I use are accessible and can be adapted to your personal or professional context.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Everything shared in circles or coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. This is a professional, open, and supportive space where you can speak freely without judgment.

How much does it cost?

Each offering is priced separately. Coaching starts at £50 per hour.
