Autumn Exhale Sound Bath

Michelle (Hummingbird Holistics) and I have been training to be sound practitioners and our first event Autumn Exhale is now open for booking! 🍂

This October, Michelle and I are excited to invite you for a beautifully cosy afternoon or early evening of rest, stillness and sound.

Come in from the autumn chill, get comfortable, close your eyes and simply allow yourself to be.

You’ll be immersed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Sonora gongs and other instruments, creating layers of sound around you as you settle into deep relaxation. ✨

And we’re making it really cosy in Michelle’s beautiful treatment space in Locks Heath, Hampshire.

Choose your spot from a reclining sofa seat, hammock or mat, all provided for you.

All you need to bring is:

🧦 Cosy socks
🤍 Your favourite pillow
🛋️ A warm blanket

Eye masks will be provided so you can switch off from the outside world and fully sink into the experience.

There are just 8 places available per session, keeping each experience intimate, peaceful and beautifully cosy.

London Women’s Circles

Join us for an hour after work to pause, reconnect and take a little time for yourself.

These will be held every 8 weeks (or so) on a Wednesday at 6.15pm at the London Academy of Dance.
