This is a retreat – not a vacation

A retreat is a period of time dedicated to stepping outside of your daily life to focus on self-reflection, spiritual growth and personal development. It’s a way to disconnect from usual responsibilities and obligations to create space for introspection, meditation, and connection with oneself and others.

Whilst alcohol consumption is allowed on this retreat, we request that you keep it to a minimum and do not bring your own. A glass or two of wine is fine with dinner, but any excess alcohol consumption can constitute a reason for dismissal on the retreat (without refund, as stated in your Terms and Conditions).
