“Oracle’s Men’s Wellbeing Circle has been a refreshing eye opener. It’s a space where you can talk about real issues that us men face on a daily basis, that we tend to not discuss, with no judgment, no pressure to have it all together. Sitting and listening to personal stories and realizing you’re not alone in what you’re feeling has been so refreshing. It’s great to listen to other viewpoints, journeys and I’ve learned a lot about myself, as well as a different perspective of others. The atmosphere is supportive, and you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and connected.”

“I have participated in the Wellness event(s) so far for Men to start to help support each other and share experiences that may be of mutual benefit. It’s been great to be able to talk about various experiences and hear from others openly. We learned that 90% of men still avoid going to the Doctors when they should seek medical advice; as such this is real proof that talking and sharing is still needed and we must encourage others to open up. Speaks volumes to me that we have this space at work and the people in this business are open enough to share and learn from each other.”
