Use our free download to rank each dimension of YOUR personal wellbeing on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the most unbalanced/dissatisfied and 10 being the most balanced/satisfied – you’ll end up with something like the below:
Once you’ve identified the areas that feel unbalanced you can then take action to make small changes in these areas to improve the balance.
